Currently “Two factor authentication” is optional on the PayTabs payments platform.
We wish to advise that due to compliance and regulatory requirements, “Two factor authentication” will be made mandatory from 14 August 2024.
Considering this update, you are kindly requested to enable two factor authentication by following these simple guidelines:

Just a reminder that if two factor authentication is not enabled by 14 August 2024, the PayTabs platform will compel you to setup two factor authentication, using an authenticator app as detailed in the guidelines.
For mobile application users, two factor authentication is still under development and it is going to be mandatory from 4th September 2024. If you are using PayTabs mobile application, you must enable two factor authentication from 4th September 2024.
