Dear Valued Merchant,
Please note that a scheduled maintenance activity will take place during the date/time noted below:
Wednesday 29 October 2025, 06:00 AM to 07:00 AM, Gulf Standard Time (GST); (+4 GMT).
Kindly take note of the above, as it may cause temporary downtime in merchant dashboard access, API, and transaction processing during the scheduled date and hour.
While we regret any business interruption, please rest assured that we will continue to monitor the downtime impact (if any) and will update you upon completion of the scheduled maintenance.
Impact:
1. PayTabs Payment Gateway – UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq and Levant instances may experience intermittent availability for all services including but not limited to merchant dashboard, Secure API and System Admin dashboard.
2. PayTabs Payment Gateway – Global, Cuzdan, Egypt, KSA and ClickPay instances will not have any impact.

نحيطكم علماً بوجود صيانة مجدولة في التاريخ و الوقت التاليين :
الأربعاء 10 أكتوبر 2025 ، من الساعة السادسة حتى الساعة السابعة صباحا بالتوقيت المحلي الخليجي.
يرجى الأخذ بالإعتبار ماورد أعلاه ، حيث أن هذه الصيانة المجدولة قد تتسبب بتعطيل الدخول لحساب التاجر و استقبال المدفوعات الإلكترونية عبر حسابكم لدى بيتابس بشكل مؤقت خلال وقت الصيانة.
نعتذر لأي انقطاع قد يحصل خلال وقت الصيانة ،كما نود أن نحيطكم علماً بأن بيتابس ستواصل مراقبة تأثير هذا التوقف – إن وجد – و سنقوم بتحديثكم فور إنتهاء أعمال الصيانة.
التأثير :
1- بيتابس الإمارات و الكويت و سلطنة عمان و الاردن و فلسطين: قد يواجه التجار في الدول المذكورة بعض الصعوبات على سبيل المثال لا الحصر في: الدخول لحساب التاجر على بيتابس ، استقبال المدفوعات ، عمليات الربط ولوحة التحكم خلال وقت الصيانة المجدول
2- بيتابس في الدول الأخرى: السعودية و مصر و أذربيجان لن تتأثر بالصيانة المجدولة المذكورة.
