Dear Valued Merchant,
Please note that a scheduled maintenance activity will take place during the date/time noted below:
Wednesday 13 November 2024, 05:00 AM to 06:00 AM, Gulf Standard Time (GST); (+3 GMT).
Kindly take note of the above, as it may cause temporary downtime in merchant dashboard access, API, and transaction processing during the scheduled date and hour.
While we regret any business interruption, please rest assured that we will continue to monitor the downtime impact (if any) and will update you upon completion of the scheduled maintenance.
Impact:
1. PayTabs Payment Gateway – KSA instance may experience intermittent availability for all services including but not limited to merchant dashboard, Secure API and System Admin dashboard.
2. PayTabs Payment Gateway – UAE, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Global, Iraq, ClickPay instances will not have any impact.

نحيطكم علماً بوجود صيانة مجدولة في التاريخ و الوقت التاليين :
الأربعاء 13 نوفمبر 2024 بين الساعة الخامسة و السادسة صباحاً بالتوقيت الخليجي المحلي ( توقيت السعودية).
يرجى الأخذ بالإعتبار ماورد أعلاه ، حيث أن هذه الصيانة المجدولة قد تتسبب بتعطيل الدخول لحساب التاجر و استقبال المدفوعات الإلكترونية عبر حسابكم لدى بيتابس بشكل مؤقت خلال وقت الصيانة.
نعتذر لأي انقطاع قد يحصل خلال وقت الصيانة ،كما نود أن نحيطكم علماً بأن بيتابس ستواصل مراقبة تأثير هذا التوقف – إن وجد – و سنقوم بتحديثكم فور إنتهاء أعمال الصيانة.
التأثير :
1- بيتابس السعودية : قد يواجه التجار في السعودية بعض الصعوبات على سبيل المثال لا الحصر في: الدخول لحساب التاجر على بيتابس ، استقبال المدفوعات ، عمليات الربط ولوحة التحكم خلال وقت الصيانة المجدول و عمليات كويك تك
2- بيتابس في الدول الأخرى: الإمارات، عمان، الأردن ، مصر ، العراق ، الكويت و خدمة بوب باي لن تتأثر بالصيانة المجدولة المذكورة.
