Greetings of the day!
PayTabs have planned to execute the annual DR drill activity for PayTabs KSA Payment Gateway as per the below schedule.
The activity will take place on: Saturday 11th March 2023, from: 01:00 AM KSA to: 05:00 AM KSA.
Activity will include:
DC to DR Failover – KSA PG Riyadh DC to KSA PG Jeddah DR
DR to DC Fallback – KSA PG Jeddah DR to KSA PG Riyadh DC
During the activity, PayTabs Payment Gateway services (paytabs.sa) including the Merchant Dashboard, Payment processing and System Admin Dashboard will not be available for a minimum of 1 hour.

خططت بيتابس لتنفيذ النشاط التدريبي السنوي للتعافي من الكوارث لبوابة الدفع الخاصة ببيتابس المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك يوم السبت 11 مارس 2023 من الساعة الواحدة فجراً وحتى الساعة الخامسة فجراً.
أثناء النشاط ، لن تتوفر خدمات بوابة الدفع لـبيتابس السعودية بما في ذلك لوحة معلومات التاجر ومعالجة الدفع ولوحة تحكم مسؤول النظام لمدة ساعة واحدة على الأقل.

The annual DR drill activity for PayTabs KSA Payment Gateway has been completed.
During the activity, PayTabs Payment Gateway services (paytabs.sa) including the Merchant Dashboard, Payment processing and System Admin Dashboard were not available for 27 minutes.
All PayTabs Payment Gateway services are running after the DR drill.
