Kindly take note of the above, as it may cause temporary downtime in: dashboard access, API and transaction processing during the scheduled date and hour. While we regret any business interruption, please be assured that we will continue to monitor the downtime impact (if any), and we will update you further upon completion of the scheduled maintenance.

Impact:
1- PayTabs Payment Gateway – UAE, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Global, Iraq instances will experience intermittent availability for all services including but not limited to merchant dashboard, Secure API and SysAdmin dashboard.
2- PayTabs Payment Gateway – KSA instance will not have any impact.
