Dear Valued Merchant,
We wish to advise that on the 16th of February 2022 we encountered a temporary downtime error in our Mobile SDK Backend caused receiving an error or declined response on transactions that already have been done through your SDKs and you, although it has been authenticated as shown in your PayTabs in the Dashboard.
In other words, due to that an error "transaction query not permitted with this key" had been sent as a response to all the transactions, although, they were authorized transactions.
You can rely on the Transaction ref status in the Paytabs dashboard to be sure. in case of your system does not match status with the Paytabs dashboard kindly use the status on the dashboard as a reference.
You can either refund the transaction and ask customers to make new orders or change the order status to your system to be matched with the PayTabs related ones.
While we regret any business interruption, please rest assured we have been following up on this issue with our respective technical team and we are pleased to report that normal service has now been resumed later on the same day
